Office Depot Inc., the result of a merger between Office Depot and OfficeMax in 2013, is an American vendor of office supplies, providing everything that people need in their work environment, including stationery, furniture, printing and documenting services, technological office equipment and facilities. Sustainability is a company spearhead, as is reflected in the large assortment of green products, among others. Office Depot also focuses on streamlining the purchasing processes of its own clients.

Its European headquarters is based in Venlo, and its Benelux distribution centre is located in Zwolle. In the Benelux countries, Office Depot is one of the large players in office supplies, active in a large number of segments including government, healthcare, education and industry.
