Student temp agency SUSA deploys flex-students to customer contact centres, managing all aspects of the deployment, from recruitment to planning. With its Poolconcept®, SUSA is able to swiftly absorb even the most unpredictable peaks and troughs in staffing, given that fully experienced students can be called in by SUSA as late as one hour before the start of a shift.

A number of years ago, SUSA decided to close all its branch offices in the Netherlands, retaining only its headquarters in Utrecht, from where it directs students throughout the country and even in Germany via Skype and Whatsapp.
