New client: Doosan Bobcat

This summer Wisse Kommunikatie started its PR and marketing activities for Doosan Bobcat in the Netherlands and Belgium. The company is market leader in engineering, manufacturing and marketing construction equipment and components, including brands such as Bobcat, Geith and Doosan. Wisse Kommunikatie will mainly be working for the Doosan and Bobcat brands.


The Korean Doosan company has been active for 122 years, growing into an international player with 37,900 employees in 37 countries. In 2007 Bobcat was added to the portfolio as part of Doosan Construction, making the Doosan Group the world's seventh largest supplier of construction equipment.

Doosan Bobcat is a leader in the market for excavators. Their equipment is produced in the US, the Czech Republic and France. Bobcat also focusses on loaders and telehandlers alongside excavators. Bobcat equipment can be used for a large number of activities thanks to a very wide range of modular components.

Together with InstiCOM, our partner in Brussels, we will be supporting Doosan Bobcat in the Benelux countries, especially in its media contacts and in localising and developing content for the professional media, its website and its social media channels. We will also organise its press trips and take care of media planning in these countries.
