Our GEO services

Our GEO approach consists of three services that follow a logical sequence: a strategic audit, structural content optimisation, and a special approach for reputation-sensitive situations or crises.

Strategic GEO audit

With the strategic GEO audit, we conduct a baseline assessment of your visibility in AI responses. We map out whether and how your organization is mentioned, how you perform relative to competitors, and which sources AI platforms use to formulate responses.

With our audit, you not only get a concrete picture of your current position, but we also show you the steps needed to improve that position.

What we analyse

We set up a GEO diagnostic environment for your organization in which we enter, among other things, the following basic data:

  • your brand name and alternative names
  • relevant web pages and content
  • competitors
  • target groups and personas
  • important themes, products, services or reputation topics
  • AI prompts that align with market demands
  • sources and domains cited by AI platforms.

What you get

Based on that data, we prepare a clear report with five components.

1. Executive summary

A compact summary with the key conclusions:

  • how visible your organization is now in AI responses
  • where the greatest opportunities lie
  • which risks become visible
  • which competitors perform better
  • which next steps have priority.
2. Visibility and competitive overview

An analysis of your position in AI responses:

  • In which questions is your organization mentioned?
  • In which answers are you actually missing?
  • Which competitors appear frequently?
  • Which sources are used by AI platforms?
  • Which external domains, media, or platforms influence your visibility?
3. Sentiment analysis

An analysis of how AI positions your organization:

  • How is your organization described?
  • Which positive and negative themes recur?
  • How does your reputation compare to that of your competitors?
  • Which sources drive the sentiment?
  • What reputational risks arise from incomplete, outdated, or one-sided information?

4. Website and content audit

We analyze a maximum of ten key pages, such as

  • homepage
  • services or product pages
  • blogs
  • news reports
  • thought leadership articles
  • cases
  • whitepapers
  • press or newsroom pages.

On each page, we provide concrete recommendations for

  • AI readability
  • structure
  • substantive rigour
  • source value
  • meta data
  • schema
  • authority
  • relevance for AI responses.
5. Content calendar

You will receive a practical content calendar with ten recommendations, including:

  • new topics you need to be visible on
  • existing pages that can be optimized
  • possible blogs, articles, or press opportunities
  • prompts on which your organization needs to score better
  • priority per action.

In this way, we write a concrete roadmap for you for better visibility in AI responses.

After this audit, we will take you to the next phase, in which we structurally build AI visibility.
